Tegrity Connect was born inside Tegrity Marketing, an agency that worked with service businesses every day. We kept running into the same problem: our clients had great marketing engines that handed leads off to CRMs nobody on their teams actually used.
So we built a better one. We started with the workflows we knew best — lead follow-up, appointment booking, retention plays — and built them in a way that owner-operators could actually configure themselves. No 60-hour implementation. No enterprise consultants.
Today, Tegrity Connect is its own product, used by hundreds of service businesses across the country. But it is still built by the same operators who lived the problems it solves. We talk to customers every week, and every release ships something they actually asked for.
