If your business touches protected health information, your CRM has to meet a different standard. This add-on enables HIPAA safeguards across your Tegrity Connect account so you can run patient communication, scheduling, and billing in one system without working around it.

- Role-based access controls, so staff only see what their role requires
- Enforced two-factor authentication for every user with access
- Detailed audit logs of user activity and record changes
- A Business Associate Agreement, signed as part of your onboarding
- Protection extends across contacts, notes, SMS and MMS, call recordings, emails, form submissions, appointments, invoices, and pipeline data
What you should know: This add-on secures the platform. HIPAA compliance for your practice also requires your own policies, staff training, risk assessment, and a designated compliance officer — we’ll walk you through what’s in scope and what isn’t during setup. Certain third-party integrations and AI features fall outside the platform’s coverage; we’ll review your specific setup before you go live. Activation takes 48 to 72 hours. Billed monthly alongside your plan, with a 12-month minimum term.
Answers to the questions we hear most
How long does onboarding take?
Most teams are fully live within 7 to 14 days. Standard onboarding is $175 and includes DNS and domain setup, SMS verification, setting up your profile with your business information, and an orientation of how to use Tegrity Connect. Services such as data migration and team training are available for an additional fee. You will not be left to figure it out alone.
Can I keep using the tools I already have?
Yes. Tegrity Connect works alongside tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Outlook, and Stripe, and it replaces tools you may be paying for separately, such as Mailchimp, since email and SMS marketing are built in. If we do not connect with a tool directly, Zapier covers most of the rest.
Is there a long-term contract?
All plans are month-to-month — cancel or change your plan anytime from your account settings, no questions asked. (The optional HIPAA Compliance add-on is the one exception: it has a 12-month minimum term.)
What if I have more than one location?
Our Enterprise plan is built for multi-location operators with shared dashboards, location-level routing, and team permissions. Talk to sales for a walk-through.
Will my data be safe?
Yes. Your data is hosted in secure U.S.-based cloud infrastructure. HighLevel is SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypts your data at rest and in transit, and role-based permissions let you control who can access it.
Do you offer training for my team?
Every plan includes live group onboarding. Our standalone Training service is $750 per cohort and adds role-specific tracks for sales, ops, and leadership, with recorded sessions for new hires.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. CSV import is free and built in. For complex migrations from Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs, our Migration service handles the move for you, starting at $500.
What support do I get after launch?
All plans include email and chat support. The Business plan adds priority queues and phone access, and the Enterprise plan adds a dedicated Customer Success Manager who checks in monthly.
